Follow the below steps to Get your New Text Document back in your Context menu.
1) Download this Zip File Download
2) Extract it .
3) You can see a .reg file.
4) Run the .Reg file , Click on Yes to pass security blocker.
5) It will ask for confirmation message click on Ok.
6) Finished. Now Restart your Computer.
7) Check and now you can see this trick worked.
