ProEject is a freeware portable tool doesn’t also safely removes the removable drives such as USB Flash drive by closing running programs or open windows on the drive but also cleans registry and folders left by it if any on your Computer, the developer recommends you to place and run ProEject on the same removable drive which you want to eject. Download the program zip file extract its contents to a folder and run program executableProEject.exe. App GUI is simple, but its difficult to identify the hard disk drive icons and removable drive icons from the app UI, to easily identify the removable drives click on Settings>Preferences>select “Show additional information in the GUI” and save the preferences.
Now if you right-click on the USB drive a menu will be displayed with ProEject other options which includes “More Options” sub menu which offers Clean, Close and Eject actions.
